Happy Halloween!

I want to wish you all a very Happy Halloween. And a special thank you to my crafting blogging friends and my swap partners. If it weren't for all of you, I wouldn't have any Halloween decorations this year!

We never seem to get any trick-or-treaters but I'm still going to wait by the door with my basket of candy. You never know!

I DID manage to make Red Velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing for my co-workers. They turned out really well. I used the Sprinkles mix from Williams-Sonoma. The icing recipe makes a whole bunch so I have a lot left over. But I'm pleased with how tasty the cupcakes turned out.

Hopefully, we won't have another earthquake. That is a Halloween prank I can do without!

All the way up there you felt it? Wow. And at least as far south as Monterey. That's a big zone. Yeah, I could skip one of those tonight for sure!

In Sonoma County, we felt a rumble like a large truck passing by. It lasted about 15 seconds or so. Toulouse didn't like it much. He jumped up on the couch with me. It wasn't enough to knock anything over but it sure got my attention!!!!

Lucky co-workers to get some of your cupcakes. And, yes you could live without an earthquake
